Mutava 1985

Summary

Adult education programs are geared toward basic learners but are mainly attended by intermediate learners. Is very hard to get basic learners to attend because they fear failure and are disillusioned about getting any reward. Intermediate learners are interested in the certificate, not the subject. They have strong expectations about how the school should be taught. They need counsel to learn how to learn. Awareness is crucial to a successful program.

Evaluation

Is very enlightening and thorough.
